The guest count can not be changed after the Monday prior to the event because we pre-order and pre-pay for food and flights.
About the Planning Process
Hotshots has been providing San Diego Brewery Tours for almost 10 years. We know the best routes, stops, and beer for photos for each type of group based on what you are celebrating, the age group, the type of beer you like, and the time you would like it. We will contact you on Monday to gather everything we need to plan your tour. If there is something in particular you would like to see please let us know and we will do our best to include it in your San Diego Brewery Tour.
There are occasions where breweries sell out to weddings and other events making them closed to the public.
Day of the San Diego Brewery Tour
Couple of tips for the day of the tour:
Do NOT pregame. We provide ample beer throughout the trip.
We provide bottled water, welcome beers, and ice on the bus. We do not allow hard liquor on any San Diego Brewery Tour as an agreement with our brewery partners.
All behind the scenes are done on the first stop only. Walking in a brew house late in your San Diego Brewery Tour can be dangerous after visiting three breweries.
If you are not purchasing food through us for your San Diego Brewery Tour, bring plenty of snacks. Food trucks are unreliable at breweries and many times are unavailable even when scheduled, that is why we offer a food option.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit is due to secure your date, time, and vehicle.
The Monday prior to your event no changes can be made and your full total will be due at cancellation or change in number of guests.
