During your Temecula Wine Tour we provide flights at the three wineries and a picnic lunch. Lunch can be upgraded for an additional cost. Guests will be provided ample wine throughout the tour so we recommend building your wine tour around a meal. Gratuity for the winery staff and food staff is already included.

Booking A Temecula Winery Tour

Pick a date, time, and vehicle and place your $100 non-refundable deposit for your reservation. The remaining balance will be due the day of your event.
Provide a final headcount to your booking specialist one week prior to your Temecula Winery Tour and select wineries and your meal options. (We do all the planning from here)

The Simple Tour
The simple tour is for someone who loves planning and knows the Temecula Valley and its wineries. Simply rent a party bus or limo at an hourly rate and plan your own tour. No champagne, wine, food, planning, or tour guide is included in this tour. When you make your reservations at the Temecula Wineries, let them know that you are traveling with Hotshots Winery Tours and we are part of the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association or they may turn your group away.
HTS Winery Tour
The Hotshots Winery Tour in Temecula comes with all the frills at a discounted price. Each month Hotshots creates partnerships with wineries as the featured stops of the month for a discount on wine flights. These discounts are passed on to our guests. Tour comes with planning, reservations, welcome champagne toast, bottled water and ice, flights at the three wineries, picnic lunch, gratuity for the food and vineyard staff, 6 hours of transportation, and a tour guide.
Custom Winery Tour
The Custom Winery Tour in Temecula is a custom tour allowing you and your group to choose the Temecula Wineries you would like to visit. Tour comes with planning, reservations, welcome champagne toast, bottled water and ice, flights at the three wineries, picnic lunch, gratuity for the food and vineyard staff, 6 hours of transportation, and a tour guide.

All tours are 6 hours and pricing includes fuel for trips originating within the City of San Diego. Trips originating outside of San Diego will incur a fuel charge and fuel charge rates can be found in the drop-down section below labeled fuel/labor charge. Final payments made via credit card will incur a 3% credit card charge. Final payments made in cash will not incur this fee.
We will confirm your booking via email, and you will receive a payment link and contract for a 100$ non-refundable deposit. If we are unable to accommodate the trip due vehicle availability, you will be notified via text and email.
Gratuity for your Temecula Wine Tour guide and tax is not included in the per person price.

About Our Temecula Wine Tours
Hotshots Winery Tours has been providing San Diego the BEST all-inclusive winery tours in town for nearly 10 years. Every Temecula Winery Tour is planned with a member of the HotShots team to ensure your experience is flawless. With over 45 winery options in Temecula, HotShots works to provide the type of vineyard, ambiance, and style of wine tour every group is looking for.
What is Included:
Six hours of transportation for the event- We do not recommend Temecula Tours longer than this due to the amount of alcohol served during the trip.

About the Booking Process
HotShots WineryTours can be booked online or by calling/texting us at 619-869-5268. To book your Temecula Wine Tour with us we will need the date, time, estimated guest count, and vehicle you would like for your tour. The remainder of the planning will be done the Monday prior to your event. A couple tips for booking:
Our Temecula Wine Tours sell out quickly on Saturdays so book well in advance. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your date and time.
We HIGHLY recommend start times from 10:00 am to 11:30 am so we can plan your tour around a meal and many wineries do not allow buses after 4 pm.
The guest count can not be changed after the Monday prior to the event because we pre-order and pre-pay for food and flights.
About the Planning Process
Hotshots has been providing Temecula Wine Tours for almost 10 years. We know the wineries, stops, and vineyards for photos for each type of group based on what you are celebrating, the age group, the type of wine you like, and the time you would like it. We will contact you on Monday to gather everything we need to plan your tour. If there is something in particular you would like to see please let us know and we will do our best to include it in your Temecula Tour.
There are occasions where vineyards sell out to weddings and other events making them closed to the public.
Day of the Temecula Wine Tour
Couple of tips for the day of the tour:
Do NOT pregame. We provide ample wine throughout the trip.
We provide bottled water, welcome champagne, and ice on the bus. We do not allow hard liquor on any Temecula Winery Tour as an agreement with the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association.
It is a lot of wine throughout the day. Drink plenty of water.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit is due to secure your date, time, and vehicle.
The Monday prior to your event no changes can be made and your full total will be due at cancellation or change in number of guests.
